THE COMPLIANCE STACK

Compliance isn’t a checklist. It’s our operating system.

Every project starts with a Construction Security Plan reviewed by your SSO. Every wall, penetration, and emanation pathway is documented, tested, and certified. The compliance binder ships with the facility — as-built drawings, RF and STC reports, IDS commissioning records, and the full matrix mapping every requirement to the standard it satisfies.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What SSOs and AOs ask first.

Our facilities are engineered, built, and tested to the relevant standard before delivery, with a complete compliance binder shipping alongside the structure. Across the facilities we have delivered, every one has passed accreditation. We can’t guarantee a specific outcome because the AO signs the accreditation — but we can guarantee the facility meets the standard, and that is documented in writing.
As-built architectural drawings, RF shielding test reports, STC sound attenuation reports, fire suppression and IDS commissioning records, UL 2050 alarm certification, TEMPEST emanation test data, and a full ICD 705 plus JAFAN 6/9 compliance matrix mapping every requirement to the section of the facility that satisfies it.
Yes. Our 20-foot and 40-foot ISO container SCIFs are designed and tested as relocatable facilities under ICD 705. They ship with the same compliance binder as permanent installations and are accredited by the receiving SSO and AO at the deployment site.
Yes. We build to JAFAN 6/9 and any program-specific addenda for SAPF accreditation, including closed-area work spaces, dedicated SAP control points, and SAPF-compliant storage. Engagements begin with a Construction Security Plan reviewed by your program SSO.
All facilities ship with TEMPEST emanation test reports for the level you specify, Level I and II as standard. Testing is performed by independent certified TEMPEST authorities and documented in the compliance binder. Level III is available on request.
Yes. SCIF Global Technologies is SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business with current registration on SAM.gov, eligible for WOSB and EDWOSB set-aside contracts. UEI, CAGE, and NAICS codes available on request for solicitation matching.
